Wabo22 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as defined:

2. Member Eligibility

• Must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable local laws.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Member

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on wabo22. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all accounts involved and forfeiture of all balances and wins without prior notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and banking details. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of wabo22's terms and may result in account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. wabo22 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication for added protection. Never share your login credentials with anyone.

• Notify wabo22 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Wabo22 will not be held liable for losses resulting from a member's negligence in maintaining account security.
• All activities carried out through your account are your sole responsibility until wabo22 is officially notified of any unauthorised access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Wabo22 accepts deposits via a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. Deposits are typically processed instantly and credited to your account within seconds.

4.2 Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal, members must have completed the KYC identity verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. wabo22 aims to process all approved withdrawals within 1 to 3 business hours.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or digital wallet registered in the member's own name – no third-party withdrawals are permitted.
• Wabo22 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• If any suspicious activity is detected, wabo22 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals while an investigation is conducted.

6.3 Fraud & Manipulation

This includes the use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical method that provides an unfair advantage. Such violations will result in immediate account termination and legal action where necessary.

7. Member Conduct

Wabo22 is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. Members are required to comply with the following code of conduct:

• Be courteous and respectful to other players, live dealers, and wabo22 staff in all interactions.
• Not using offensive, threatening, or abusive language, or engaging in harassment toward any party on the platform.
• Not spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information about wabo22 or other users.
• Not attempting to access another member's account or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the platform.
• Not engaging in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the wabo22 platform.

8. Account Termination

8.1 Termination by Member

You may close your wabo22 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure, all eligible balances will be returned to you upon completion of the relevant verification process.

8.2 Termination by wabo22

Wabo22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if:

• The member has violated any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• There is evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The member has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The account has been found to be involved in bonus abuse or system exploitation.
• Compliance with legal requirements or directives from the relevant authorities.

In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, wabo22 reserves the right to forfeit all associated account balances, bonuses, and wins.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wabo22 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform runs smoothly and without interruption, we cannot guarantee continuous availability free from technical issues.

• Wabo22 is not liable for losses caused by technical disruptions, server failures, or internet connectivity issues on the member's end.
• Wabo22 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of profit arising from the use of the platform.
• The maximum liability of wabo22 to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim.

10. Amendments to Terms

Wabo22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the wabo22 website.

We will endeavour to notify members of significant amendments via in-platform notices or email. However, it remains your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the wabo22 platform. Should any dispute arise regarding the use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through voluntary negotiation.
